THE PRICES NOT INCLUDE:

  • A full tank of fuel must be purchased at the start of each rental and the vehicle returned empty.
  • One way (only available for groups A-E): 20€-90€ only when the rental period is less than 7 days.

THE COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER INSURANCE IS NOT APPLIED WHEN THE CUSTOMER DON´T COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING PROVISIONS:

  • WHEN THE CAR IS NOT PROPERLY PARKED AND LOCKED.
  • WHEN THE VEHICLE IS USED ON BEACHES OR ANY OTHER SANDY AREAS.
  • WHEN ANY OTHER PERSON DRIVES THE VEHICLE OTHER THAN HIMSELF OR THE PERSONS AUTHORIZED IN THE AGREEMENT.
  • WHEN HIS/HER PHYSICAL CONDITION IS IMPAIRED BY ALCOHOL, DRUGS, FATIGUE OR ILLNESS.

THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY VIOLATIONS OF TRAFFIC OR PARKING REGULATIONS COMMITTED DURING THE TERM OF THE AGREEMENT.

Please note that there are some cases which are not covered by any insurance: Loss of keys, damage to the underside of the vehicle, damage to wheels and glasses, damage to radio-cd or upholstery, refuelling of the wrong type of fuel, driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, lost or stolen car parts (spare tyre, jacket...etc.), as well as any damages that are not on an accident report.
